To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Requests for returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. To complete your return, please send request to Customer Service. A member of our team will reach out to process your request.
Only regular priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are not refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify the status of your request and the approval of your refund.
Refunds will be processed and returned to the original method of payment. The time required to realize the refund may vary depending on the e-commerce provider. We are held by their parameters and banking rules and make a strong effort to provide great product and customer service to help save the earth and continue self-care.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund in a timely manner, first double check your accounts. Credit card companies may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Some credit cards companies can take 15-30 days to post. Banks may also require processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged or Defective Products:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a email Customer Service. If product arrives damaged, please contact customer service team immediately.
